Cherry is a leadership facilitator, coach, speaker and consultant with over 20 years’ experience in senior leadership and executive roles in learning, organisational development and Human Resources spanning across various industries including mining, property development, telecommunications, leisure, travel, and tourism. Cherry also has deep experience in cross cultural leadership having led teams across geographies and cultures having worked across the Americas, Asia Pacific and Europe within large and complex businesses and leading high performing teams.
An inclusive culture is one that embraces and celebrates differences in experiences, backgrounds and ways of thinking. Building effective relationships across cultures is the building block of cultivating a culture of belonging and inclusion and will enable our success not only as leaders, but as humans.
