By submitting a completed registration, you are confirming your intention to attend the Conference and agree to the cancellation policy. Registrations can not be shared amongst multiple delegates as tickets are issued in one name.
Registration Inclusions
Two-day conference registration includes all sessions from opening session on Tuesday 8 November to closing session on Wednesday 9 November 2022 and includes lunch, morning and afternoon tea daily. The two-day conference registration includes the Welcome Reception hosted on Tuesday 8 November.
Day 1 registration includes main conference access as well as the Welcome Reception hosted on Tuesday 8 November 2022.
Day 2 registration includes access to the main conference hosted on Wednesday 9 November 2022.
Leaders Breakfast is a separately ticketed event hosted on Tuesday 8 November 2022.
Metro North Staff breakfast is a fringe event hosted on hosted on Wednesday 9 November 2022 for current employees of Metro North Health at the time of the conference. Valid staff ID is required and this event can be selected when registering for the conference.
