Terms and Conditions

Cancellations

All cancellations must be received in writing to Metro North Hospital and Health Service, Level 14, Block 7, RBWH, Herston Rd, Herston Qld 4029.

If a registration is cancelled before 3 May 2019 the fee will be credited less 50%.

No credit for cancellation of registration will be given after 3 May 2019 but a substitute delegate can be named.

Program changes

It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of Metro North Hospital and Health Service to change the content and timing of the program, the speakers, the dates or the venue. In the unlikely event of the program being cancelled we will make a full refund of the registration fee but disclaim any further liability. Limited spaces are available and you may not be successful in registering.

Payment

Payments are to be made via the secured credit card facility (provided by the Commonwealth Bank).
