    In the event that the organising team is prevented from holding #NextCare Health Conference, due to any act of nature, including epidemic or outbreak of pandemic disease, fire, industrial or labour dispute or disruption to energy or other supplies, the team reserves the right to cancel #NextCare Health Conference at any time, without refund of sponsorship or trade display monies and takes no responsibility in relation to the displays, products, representations, or promotional material of the sponsors.

    Please note that due to the Privacy Act, the organisers cannot guarantee the inclusions of all delegates’ names and contact details on the delegate list.

    Terms and Conditions

    By returning this exhibition registration form, you will be taken to have consented to be bound by these terms and conditions:

    1. The organiser of the conference is Metro North Hospital and Health Service.
    2. The organiser reserves the right to decline an application to participate in the conference and to change the program content.
    3. The organiser or exhibition partner will provide written confirmation to each applicant when it accepts the application.
    4. If an exhibitor wishes to cancel after the application has been accepted, it must give notice in writing to the organiser within one month from the date the application was accepted by the organiser. Provided that the cancellation notice was received within that time, the organiser will refund to the exhibitor the monies paid, less 50 per cent to cover administration, advertising and opportunity costs. If the exhibitor cancels within four weeks of the conference starting date, the exhibitor will not be entitled to any refund.
    5. The organiser reserves the rights to rearrange the floor plan to the benefit of exhibitors and the organiser.
    6. Exhibitors must have appropriate third-party liability insurance cover, proof of which will be requested.
    7. The supply of samples by the exhibitor to any person is entirely at the exhibitor’s risk and the exhibitor must indemnify the organiser from and against actions, suits, proceedings, claims, demands, costs and expenses, which may arise from the supply by the exhibitor’s samples.
    8. Exhibitors must not damage in anyway, the walls, floors or ceiling or any other surface at the venue/exhibition area and must reimburse the organiser for the cost of reinstating any damage caused by the exhibitor for which the organiser is held liable.
    9. The exhibitor must comply with all Australian health and safety standards and Acts.
    10. The production of banners and any other promotional material is the responsibility of the exhibitor.
